【摘要】目的探讨白藜芦醇(resveratrol, RES)改善重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)大鼠胰腺微循环的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术(sham operation, SO)组、重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)模型组、白藜芦醇治疗(RES)组。以40g/。RES组术后立即经阴茎背静脉注射RES(20mg/kg)。分别于术后3、6、12h取材,进行胰腺组织学评分;检测胰腺组织环氧化酶2(cyclcoxygenase2, COX2)、诱生型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)的表达和一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxide, NO)含量。结果 RES组胰腺损伤较SAP组明显减轻()。SAP组COX2、iNOS的表达和NO含量在各时间点均显著高于假手术组();RES组COX2的表达在6、12h较SAP组明显下降,iNOS和NO在各时间点均较SAP组明显下降,差异具有统计学意义()。结论白藜芦醇可能通过下调COX2和iNOS的表达改善胰腺微循环。

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the possible mechanism of resveratrol (RES) in improving pancreatic microcirculation in rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods SO rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: shamoperation (SO) group, severe acute panceatitis (SAP) group, and resveratroltreated (RES) group. SAP model was made by injecting 40g/L sodium taurocholate at a dosage of into the biliopancreatic duct. RES (20mg/kg) was given intravenously after modeling.
