[摘要] 目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定保健食品银杏叶软胶囊中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用Agilent C18( mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(用磷酸调pH )(50∶50), ml/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:槲皮素、山奈素、~、~、~ μg;、、 mg/粒。结论:本法简便、准确、分离效果好,适合于银杏叶软胶囊总黄酮的含量测定。

Determination of Total Flavonoid in Yinxingye Soft Capsules by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of Total Flavonoid in Yinxingye Soft Capsules. Methods: The analytical column was Agilent C18 ( mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase posed of methanol and water (with phosphoric acid pH=2) at a flow rate of ml/min. The wavelength of UV detector was 360 nm an
d column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear ranges of Quercetin, Kaempferol and in were -, -, - μg, respectively. The contents of Total Flavonoid in three batches of samples were 1 Capsule , , mg. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, repeatable and suitable to determine the content of Total Flavonoid in Yinxingye Soft Capsules.
