【摘要】目的探讨射频消融术(RFCA)治疗快速心律失常的疗效和方法。方法回顾性分析本院449例行RFCA患者资料,其中包括房室折返性心动过速、房室结折返性心动过速、左室特发性室速、房速患者。结果房室折返性心动过速248例,%;房室结折返性心动过速187例,%;左室特发性室速患者共11例,全部成功;房速3例,2例成功,1例行房室结改良术。结论 RFCA治疗快速心律失常成功率高,并发症少,是安全有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective To study the method and the treatment of radio frequency catheter ablation for tachycardia. Methods 449 cases with tachycardia who were treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation were reviewed. They included atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT), atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), atrial tachycardia (AT). Results The ess rate of % was obtained in 248 cases of AVRT. The ess rate of % was obtained in 187 cases of AVNRT. 11 cases of VT all were essfully performed. Two cases of 3 AT were essfully cured. Atrioventricular nodal medication operation was practiced in 1 patient among 3 cases of AT.
Conclusion There are high ess rate, plication in cases with tachycardia treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation. It is a secure and effective treatment method for tachycardia.
