【摘要】目的通过观察过期妊娠患者凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在胎盘滋养细胞层的表达,探讨滋养细胞凋亡与过期妊娠的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)对10例过期妊娠和10例正常足月妊娠产妇的胎盘滋养细胞层Survivin表达进行检测和对比研究。±,±,两组比较Survivin表达差别有统计学意义(P<)。结论胎盘滋养细胞层凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin表达减少,可能与过期妊娠有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between postdate labor and the trophoblast apoptosis by observing the expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of Immunnohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of placenta which were taken from 10 samples of postdate labor and 10 samples of full
term The expressionin of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of postdate labor was (PU:±) and in fullterm labor group was (PU:±).The expression of Survivin protein in the trophoblasts of fullterm labor was remarkably higher than that in the placenta of postdate labor. There was significant difference between Survivin may be inhibited by trophoblast apoptosis .it might be correlated with the postdate labor.

近年来,随着细胞凋亡现象的提出,细胞凋亡分子调节机制的逐渐阐明,妊娠与凋亡相关性的研究也逐渐受到重视。细胞凋亡是在基因调控下有新蛋白合成的主动发生的现象。许多资料表明细胞凋亡的异常可能影响妊娠的正常进展,影响胎盘功能,进而导致妊娠疾病的发生。过期妊娠患者胎盘病理改变可引起胎盘氧储备能力下降,并与胎儿缺氧有关
