【摘要】目的探讨医院工作人员手卫生与ICU院内感染关系。方法对照组是2010 年7 月18 日~2010 年9 月18 日入住ICU三天以上病人,工作人员在为病人进行检查、操作、治疗、护理过程中,按照自己的习惯进行洗手、擦手和手消毒,没有进行手卫生的监督落实,科室没有配备擦手纸。实验组是2010 年9 月25 日~2010 年12月 25 日入住ICU三天以上病人,工作人员在为病人进行检查、操作、治疗、护理过程中,严格按照消毒技术规范进行洗手和手消毒,并监督落实,科室备好擦手纸和快速手消毒剂;对两组病人进行院内感染发生例次、院内感染发生菌种和病人的住院时间进行研究。结果医院工作人员认真落实手卫生规范能有效的控制病人ICU院内感染的发生(p<);院内感染发生的菌种数有减少(p<);病人的住院时间缩短(p<)。结论认真落实手卫生规范能减少ICU院内感染发生,缩短病人住院时间,减轻病人的痛苦,并能为病人节约医疗费。

[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between the implementation of the hospital staff hand hygiene and the ICU ial infection. Methods control group was the icu patients who stayed more than three days from July 18, 2010 to Sept. 18, 2010,during the checking, operation, treatment, caring process, the staffs were according to their own habits of washing hands, towels and hand disinfection, which had no supervision of the implementation of hand hygiene, and the departments were not equipped with papertowels,too.
