摘要
企业社会责任是世纪年代左右学术界提出的一个重要问题,自从
被提出,就引起了人们的广泛关注。企业作为社会经济的主体,肩负着促进社
会经济发展的重任,基于这个原因,企业对社会承担着重要的社会责任,并且
随着社会、经济、人们思想观念的进步,企业社会责任的范围在不断的扩展,
由最初的经济责任,发展到包括法律责任、伦理责任、环境责任等在内的不断
完善的开放式体系。
当前,我国正处于社会急速转型的关键时期,社会经济飞速发展,但社会
矛盾凸显,在这种情况下,企业已经不能仅仅局限于关注自己的经济目标,同
时也必须重视自己所承担的社会责任,但是,在目前看来,大多数的中国企业
仍然将企业组织看做是一个纯粹的经济组织,只考虑经济效益,很少考虑企业
行为对社会、伦理、他人、环境造成的影响,企业在给社会带来巨大发展的同
时,也给社会带来了一系列的问题。
本文以企业社会责任基本理论为基础,剖析了我国企业社会责任的发展现
状,分析了造成这种状况的深层原因,最后联系我国实际情况,提出建立健全
我国企业社会责任的途径构想。

Abstract
Corporate social responsibility is an important question in it is proposed into
the research field, it has attracted widespread attention. As the main socio-economic entity,
enterprises play an important role in the social development. The mits to an
important social responsibility for this reason, and with the progress of society, economy and
people's ideology, the range of corporate social responsibility extends from the initial economic
responsibility to the perfect open system, including legal, ethical and environmental responsibility,
etc.
At present, China is in a critical period of rapid transformation of society, with the rapid
development of economy and society, but the social contradictions are highlighted. In this case,
companies can’t only confine to concern about their economic goals, but also must attach
importance to assume the responsibility of society. However, most Chinese enterprises still regard
anization as a pure anization currently without considering the impact
of corporate behavior on society, ethic, others, and the environment, but the economic benefits.
Enterprises bring not only tremendous development to the society, but also a series of social
problems as well.
