摘要
在我国对物流理论的大量引进和研究中,较少系统地涉及到供应物流管理,
尤其是对制造企业供应物流系统效率评价方面的研究。物流系统研究属于多学科
的交叉与综合分析,具有强烈的系统性特征、数量化特征及最优性特征。这在物
流合理化分析和系统有效性评价中显得更为突出。本文的目的在于为制造企业供
应物流系统建立带有一定范围内普遍意义的评价指标体系提供一个指导性的框
架,然后引入运筹学中的一个新领域——数据包络分析( Data Envelopment
Analysis ,简称 DEA)模型,对企业供应物流系统效率进行综合评价。
在可用于物流系统效率评价的各种方法中,数据包络分析方法具有无需主观
评定权重和无需考虑指标量纲的特点,非常适合用于评价物流系统这样具有多输
入、多输出的复杂系统。
本文将物流系统评价指标体系分为计算指标和基本评价指标两个层级,通过对
企业供应物流系统微观功能的分析得到全面的计算指标,从宏观角度将物流分解
成物流规模度和物流结构比两个方面,得到基本评价指标,然后综合运用 DEA 方
法中的 C2R 模型和 C2GS2 模型,得到基于 DEA 方法的物流系统评价的方法与流程,
该方法可测算供应物流系统的总体效率、技术效率、规模效率及其规模效益状况。
进而可对非 DEA 有效的物流系统提出使其达到 DEA 有效的可行措施,可得出关
于物流系统改进的建议,供决策部门参考。

ABSTRACT
Among the bulk of introduction and research of logistics management in China,
Supply logistics management is seldom systematically touched, especially in the study
of supply logistics system efficiency evaluation in manufacturing enterprise. The
research of the logistics is a crisscross andⅠ comprehensive analysis of multilateral
subjects, which is of strong attribution of systematism quantitality and optimality,
especially in the rational analysis and evaluation parative efficiency of the
logistics system. The propose of this paper is to establish an instructive academic
construction for manufacture enterprise creating evaluation indicators system in its
supply logistics system, then a new field of Operations Research -- Date Envelope
Analysis (DEA) is mended, we use DEA model to evaluate synthetically for
manufacturing enterprise supply logistics system.
In various kinds of methods that can used in logistics system efficiency
evaluation, DEA method has the characteristics that do not need to evaluate the weight
and not need to consider index dimension subjectively, very suitable used for appraising
logistics system that is plicated system, which has many inputs and outputs.
