基于迎合理论的公司股利政策研究

摘要

几十年来国内外学者对股利政策进行了多方位多角度的研究,并提出了许多著名的股
利理论,每个理论的提出都有其特定的背景和前提条件,可以说是仁者见仁智者见智,随
着行为金融学的迅猛发展,学者们注意到运用行为金融相关理论可以有效地解释众多市场
中难以理解的现象,股利迎合理论也是在这样的背景下应运而生的。
股利迎合理论自提出至今的短短几年中,受到了众多学者的青睐并得出许多有价值的
研究成果,但通过文献综述我们可以知道,大多数研究的对象都是欧美等成熟的资本市场,
对我国特殊的资本市场的研究较少,因此本文将以股利迎合理论为理论基础,探讨中国上
市公司股利政策。
论文首先介绍相关股利政策理论及国内外股利政策研究现状,接着对我国股利政策进
行了现状分析;然后依据理论分析,提出假设,建立符合我国上市公司股利政策特点的股
利支付公司特征模型及股利支付意愿模型;通过 1999-2007 年逐年回归分析我们得出以下
结论:
(1)中国上市公司股利政策受公司特征影响显著,其中每股收益、总资产与股利支
付决策始终保持正相关;资产负债率、流通股比例始终与股利支付决策负相关;而其他重
要指标如净资产收益率、主营业务收入、净利润、速动比率及第一大股东持股比例与股利
支付决策呈现不定的相关性;
(2)迎合理论可以有效解释中国上市公司股利政策现象。当投资者偏好支付股利股
票时,公司管理者能洞察到这种需求而支付股利,反之则不支付股利。
最后将迎合理论与中国上市公司现状相结合,提出优化上市公司股利政策的相关建
议。

AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON CATERING THEORY OF
DIVIDENDS OF PANIES

ABSTRACT

Scholars at home and abroad has been studied dividend policy for decades in
multi-angle, and put forward many well-known dividend theory, each theory proposed by them
has its own specific background and preconditions,that's to say, the wise eyes of the beholder see
the wisdom,With the rapid development of behavioral finance, scholars have noted that the use
of behavioral finance theory can be effectively related to interpret the phenomenon especially
some difficult to understand. The es in this proper time.
Catering Dividends theory has been proposed for just a few years,but many scholars pay
more attention to the valuable research results. However, we can know through the literature
review that most studies came from the subject of Europe and the United States ,which have
mature capital market. In China's capital market research was so littele, so this paper will be the
dividend to meet the theory as the theoretical basis to discuss the dividend policy of listed
companies in China
