摘要
知识经济时代的到来,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人力资本的竞争。在人
力资本投资的收益率大大超过了物质资本的投资收益率的前提下,人力资本投
资问题就引起了企业的关注。
作为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分的民营企业,在面对国有企业压力
和国外企业挑战的情况下,只有通过人力资本投资,才能有助于其获得企业的
长远发展。
以美国为首的西方发达国家企业,应用现代人力资源管理方法,从人力资
本投资的外在环境与内在机制上强化了对人力资本的投资,充分发挥了人力资
本的效能,促进了企业竞争力的加强。
尽管我国国有企业进行了各方面的改革,但在人力资本投资方面仍存在很
大的问题。对国有企业人力资本投资存在问题的分析,将有助于我国民营企业
的人力资本投资少走弯路。
在我国民营企业的发展过程中,相继产生了诸如苏南模式、“三城”模式、
温州模式、珠江三角洲模式、中关村模式等具有地方特色的民营经济发展模式,
并形成了与该模式相对应的人力资本投资特点。由于我国的民营企业成长具有
独有的历史和背景,因此也就产生了不同于发达国家企业及我国国有企的人力
资本投资问题。
本文在发达国家人力资本投资经验借鉴以及国有企业存在问题的基础上,
分析了其对民营企业人力资本投资的启示,并立足于我国民营企业人力资本投
资的现状,着重分析了我国民营企业人力资本投资过程中存在的问题,提出了
我国民营企业进行人力资本投资的对策,并通过案例分析,深化了该研究问题

的实践意义。

Abstract
The arrival of the era of knowledge economy, competition among
enterprises is in the final analysis of human petition. Under the
premise of human capital investment yield significantly more than the
material capital yield, human capital investment caused concern of the
enterprises.
Private enterprise is an ponent of socialist market
economy. In the face of pressure on state-owned enterprises and foreign
enterprises, only investment in human capital can help enterprises access
to the long-term development.
The US-led western countries enterprises apply modern human
resource management practices and strengthen the investment in human
capital from the external environment and internal mechanism, which go
all out to show the effectiveness and promote the strengthening of the
competitiveness of enterprises.
Although domestic state-owned enterprises practice the reform in
various aspects, there are still a lot of problems on human capital
investment. The problem analysis on human capital investment of
domestic state-owned enterprise, will help domestic private enterprises
develop more smoothly in the aspect
