摘要
农产品加工业关联着农业、工业和流通业,是推进农业产业化、发展农村
工业化的有机结合点,对调整农业结构、增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展具有
十分重要的作用。安徽省是农业大省,在类农产品加工业中都占有原料产地
的优势以及人力优势。目前,安徽省农产品加工业已经具备了一定的规模,形成
了部分优势产业和产品,一些产品在国内外市场上有较强的竞争力。但同发达省
份或中部其他省份相比,安徽的农产品加工业在整体水平、规模总量、生产效率、
技术水平、竞争能力等方面还存在一定差距。如何找出这些差距,客观的展示安
徽省农产品加工业的竞争力水平,这是本文关注的焦点。
对安徽省农产品加工业的竞争力进行分析研究可以对安徽省农产品加工业
的状况有一个大概的了解,同时可以找出对安徽省农产品加工业的竞争力影响比
较大的一些因素。然而,对安徽省农产品加工业竞争力进行分析和评价,就必须
建立一套相关的评价指标体系。目前,虽然有许多学者都提出了自己的评价体系,
但是这些评价体系并没有一个统一的标准,因此本文以产业竞争力理论为依据,
以安徽省农产品加工业竞争力相对于全为参照基点,根据安徽省农产品加
工业的现实情况以及数据的获取,筛选了个指标组成了一个指标集,以期从
市场绩效、产出效益、资本规模、盈利能力、技术水平等方面去体现去反映安徽
省农产品加工业的竞争力。这些指标都是经过标准化的,是安徽相对于全。然后,用这些指标构建安徽省农产品加工业竞争力评价模型,利用因子分析
对安徽省个农产品加工行业进行综合评分。研究结果表明安徽省农产品加
工业竞争力整体实力在全国的竞争力比较一般,在中部省份中处于居中地位。通
过因子分析得出的竞争力排序都与安徽省省的经济情况大体相符。最后,根据评
价结果提出提升安徽省农产品加工业竞争力的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Agricultural products processing industry, associated with agriculture, industry
and circulation, is bination point to promote the industrialization of
agriculture and the development of rural industrialization which plays an important
role in the adjustment of agricultural structure, increasing their e and promoting
rural economic development. Anhui, as one of the major agricultural provinces,
possesses rich natural and human resources for the processing of agricultural products.
At present, agricultural products processing industry in Anhui Province already has a
certain scale, and has formed some dominant industries and products. These dominant
industries and products have with petitiveness in the domestic and overseas
markets. However, compared with other developed provinces there is still a gap in the
overall level of the total scale, productivity, technological level, competitiveness of
the agricultural product processing industry of Anhui. How to identify these gaps?
