蓄冷式冷链物流的宅配模式研究

随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的进一步提高,食品安全和营养日渐受到人们
的广泛重视,这也带来了冷链物流的快速发展。然而,我国冷链物流目前仍局限于
传统冷冻冷藏配送。
本文借鉴台湾地区先进技术经验提出了蓄冷式多温共配冷链物流的新模式,从
低碳性角度和经济学动力角度探讨了其可行性,通过综合考虑固定成本、采购成本、
库存成本、货损成本、运输成本以及能量成本等多种成本构建成本函数,将传统冷
链产品运输方式与蓄冷式宅配运输方式相比较,探讨了蓄冷式冷链物流多温共配的
动力机制。
蓄冷式多温共配系统包括全温共配服务系统、运能整合服务系统、信息资金流
动服务系统、全温宅配服务系统四个子系统,本文利用五力模型和价值链模型分析
探讨了宅配服务系统的优越性,构建了物流商、供货商和消费者三赢的宅配模式,
并利用 TSP(旅行商问题)方法对配送路径进行了规划分析,对最佳配送路径进行了
优化选择。最后,本文将蓄冷式冷链物流宅配模式在肉制品行业中的具体应用进行
了实证研究,认为蓄冷式多温共配冷链物流有大力推广的可行性。

Abstract
With the development of economic and the improvement of people's living standards,
food safety and nutrition are attracting more attention, which brings to rapid development
of cold chain logistics. However, cold-chain logistics in China is still limited to traditional
refrigerated distribution.
This paper introduces Multi-Temperature Joint Distribution (MTJD) system based on
cold-storage cold-chain logistics and constructed cost posing of fixed costs,
procurement costs, inventory costs, cargo damage costs, transportation costs and energy
costs. And then, it is made a cost and parison between traditional cold-chain
transportation and MTJD to get its economic power.
Multi-Temperature Joint Distribution (MTJD) system based on cold-storage
cold-chain logistics concludes MTJD service system, transportation integration service
system, information and liquidity service system, and multi-temperature home delivery
service system. This paper analyzes the advantages of home delivery service system
model according to five forces model and value chain model. And then, a “Three Win”
(logistics service providers, product suppliers and consumers) system is constructed. This
paper uses TSP (traveling salesman problem) method chooses the best delivery route and
