论人力资本对农民收入增长的影响

摘要
本论文从人力资本的角度探讨解决农民收入增长问题的途径和方法。希望通过
研究对下述两个问题能够做出回答:
1 人力资本如何影响农民收入;
2 人力资本影响农民收入的机制并作以验证;最后得出结论。
本文的思路按照“提出问题---机制展开---实证分析---得出主要结论”这样
的逻辑思路展开。
人力资本投资是经济增长的重要源泉。根据经济学家贝克尔、丹尼森、舒尔茨
等经济学家对经济增长原因的分析,发现人力资本对经济增长有重要作用。世界银
行把人力资本作为财富纳入各国国民经济的核算体系,表明人力资本对经济增长的
重要作用已经得到了普遍承认。因此,人力资本投资增加则经济增长速度提高,从
而社会财富总重量会增加。
人力资本投资导致的经济增长,会提高社会财富分配中工资性收入的比重,工
资性收入分配的财富总量会增加。劳动者的人力资本水平是收入分配的依据。社会
财富增加,可分配的财富总量提高,但劳动者收入分配的份额取决于其人力资本水
平:劳动者人力资本水平越高,则在收入分配中获得的份额越大。农民只有提高自
己的人力资本水平,才能提高自己的收入水平。
人力资本影响农民收入的机制。人力资本投资提高劳动者的智力素质与健康素
质,而劳动者的素质的高低直接决定着劳动者的信息获取能力、资源配置能力、流
动能力及生产能力,从而决定着劳动者的收入水平。人力资本投资能降低获取信息
成本,拓宽获取信息的渠道,提高农民的信息获取能力。人力资本投资提高农村劳
动力的迁移,提高农民的配置能力。人力资本投资使农民的生产能力递增,使农民
从一般劳动者转而成为具有一定技能的生产者,提高了农民的择业能力,提高农民
的收入。
人力资本影响农民收入的实证分析。通过回归分析,得出人力资本与农民收入
的关系:人力资本对农民收入起主要作用。

Abstract
This paper discusses the ways and methods to solve the problem of how to increase
peasant's e from the aspect of human capital. This study analyzes two questions, that
is why the human capital influences the growth of the peasant's e, putting forward
and verifying the mechanism of the human capital influences the increasing of the
peasant's e.
The line of this dissertation is unfolded according to the logical thought of proposing
the problem, analyzing the theory, unfolding the mechanism, analyzing the real example,
drawing the chief conclusion.
The investment of human capital is the main source of economic development.
According to the analysis of the reason of economic development by these economists
such as Becker, Denison, Schultz etc, the contribution of human capital to the economic
development is important. The IBRD brought the human capital as wealth into the
accounting system of national economy of every country. These indicate that, the human
capital plays an important part in the economic development has already got wide
