摘要
当今世界的发展主题是可持续发展。作为经济和社会的重要组成部分,企业
持续获得发展的能力对整个经济和社会的可持续发展有着重大影响。可持续发展
要求企业不仅要追求自身经济利益最大化,还要对社会发展和环境保护承担起应
负的责任,追求包括利益相关者利益在内的整体收益最大化。而现有的企业业绩
评价体系把评价重点聚焦于过去和现在,无法科学有效地衡量企业未来持续稳定
获得收益的能力。长期以来,理论界对企业业绩评价进行了比较多的研究,对可
持续发展的问题也进行了多方面的分析和探讨,但是将两者结合起来做研究分析
的却少之又少。这就导致缺乏一套可以客观、定量地评价企业可持续发展能力的
企业业绩评价体系。
本文首先归纳总结了现有的企业可持续发展理论,提出了新的内涵解析;讨
论了可持续发展财务的相关概念并分析了财务可持续发展与经济可持续发展的关
系;总结回顾了企业业绩评价一百多年的发展历史,探讨了企业业绩评价的概念、
分类、动因、作用和步骤,在新的划分标准—评价指标的基础上重新划分了企业
业绩评价体系的模式,即财务、价值和平衡三种模式,并以每种模式中最具代表
性的方法为例进行讨论;接着梳理了中国企业业绩评价的历史演进;然后在企业
可持续发展的战略思想指导下,将 EVA 与改进的平衡计分卡相结合,确立了新的
五个维度,选取相关指标建立更为合理、全面、系统的企业业绩评价体系计量模
型,采用专家打分与层次分析法确定各级指标权重、建立评语集进行模糊评判,
计算得出基于可持续发展观的企业业绩综合评价指数得分;最后通过对 A 企业的
实证分析,验证了该体系在评价企业可持续发展综合业绩方面的科学有效性。

Abstract
The theme of today's world development is the sustainable development. As an
important economic and ponent, the ability of enterprises accessing
sustainable development has a significant impact on the entire economy and society
sustainable development. The sustainable development requires enterprises not only to
pursue their own economic interests, but also assume the responsibilities on social
development and environmental protection and pursuit the maximizing overall interests
that including the of stakeholders interests. But the existing enterprise performance
evaluation systems focus on the enterprises’ past and present, which can not be
scientifically and effectively measured pany's future ability of getting the
continued and stable profits. For a long time, theoretical circle has carried out more
studies on corporate performance evaluation, bining them to do research and
