摘要
音乐教育作为一种精神文化,其最终目的是陶冶人们的情操,塑造人们的灵魂,
进而对整个国家、民族精神文化的建设增砖添瓦。因此,对于任何一种现实存在的音
乐形式,我们都有必要从更深层的人文背景来加以研究、阐释。21 世纪经济迅速发展,
急需高素质人才。而大批高素质人才的涌出,是与高水平的全民教育分不开的。为提
高全民素质,钢琴教育已成为素质教育不可缺少的一个组成部分。实践验证,钢琴教
育是提高人们素质的最佳手段之一。钢琴教育在幼儿师范学生的综合素质提高方面发
挥了举足轻重的作用,对提高学生素质,完善人的品格起到了推动和促进的作用。然
而,在幼师的钢琴教育发展中,还有些不尽人意的地方需要改进、需要与时俱进。本
文通过对近十年的幼儿师范钢琴教育教学的发展、各个年级的学生的技能及心理发展
特点等方面的研究,分析幼教钢琴教学的相同点与不同点及其各年龄段钢琴教学的规
律。目的是使钢琴教师能选择有针对性的教育手段与教学方法,因人施教,有效地培
养学生钢琴演奏能力和艺术表现力。
教育兴则国兴,教育强则国强。国家越来越重视幼儿教育的发展和改革,而教育
儿童的重任又落在了幼儿教师的身上。在中华民族走向现代文明的历史进程中,教育总
是以先行者、奠基石的角色存在。针对当下幼师学生学习成绩差、艺术底子薄的情况
考虑一条如何提高学生综合素质的路子破在眉睫,笔者以幼儿师范学生钢琴教育为切
入点,通过对近十年的幼教事业发展趋势的总结和各幼师学校的走访调查,分析总结
出一条更具有现实可行性的幼师钢琴教育路线,在全民越来越重视幼儿教育、艺术教
育的背景下,对幼儿师范学校钢琴教学的研究和梳理更显得紧要和迫切,更加突出本
课题研究现实且长远的意义。

Music Education as a spiritual culture, its ultimate aim is to cultivate people's sentiments,
shaping people's souls, and then the whole country, spiritual and cultural nation building by
a stone. Therefore, for any form of music that exists in reality, we have the necessary
cultural background from the deeper to be studied, explained. Rapid economic development
in the 21st century, need high-quality personnel. The large number of high-quality
personnel emission, is inseparable from a high level of education for all. To improve the
quality, the quality of education in piano education has e an indispensable
component. And in practice, piano education is the best means to improve the quality of one
