2001 年,随着我国正式加入世贸组织,新经济和供应链竞争时代的到来,农产
品加工企业面临着一个全新的竞争环境。如何利用新思想、新技术、新方法来改善
农产品加工企业采购和供应商管理,并使其深入到供应链管理和企业生产经营过程
中的各个环节,在市场内外衔接过程中实现价值增值,已成为整条供应链在竞争中
求得生存和发展的关键。
论文首先阐述了供应链管理、采购和供应商管理的基本概念、特点和发展趋势。
其次,针对供应链环境下我国农产品加工企业采购和供应商管理现状和存在的问题,
探讨了在供应市场上根据采购的产品和服务对企业竞争和盈利能力表现的重要程度
来制定不同的采购供应战略,从而使企业的资源获得最有效的配置和使用,使之达
到一种平衡状态,以便实现高效率的采购和供应商管理。
然后,在供应商关系管理等有关理论方法的基础上,引用博弈论分析了“企业
+农户”关系模式,并对评价选择有重大影响的合作伙伴供应商所需考虑的因素和
实施步骤进行了论证,用组合分析法建立了选择合作伙伴供应商关系模式的决策工
具。最后,论文以河南大用食品加工有限公司为例,结合前文的理论框架,对其采
购和供应商关系模式的发展及实施进行了实证研究,验证了本文的理论研究。论文
的研究结果对我国农产品加工企业开展有效的采购和供应商管理工作有一定的参考
和借鉴作用。

Abstract
As our country’s entering into the WTO, the new economics and the era of Supply
Chain’petition ing, so the APPC (agricultural products pany)
is facing a peting environment. How to use new thoughts, new technologies and
new methods to improve the purchasing and SCM of APPC, how to root them deeply into
the SCM and every link pany’s operation so as to realize the value adding, which
have e the key points for the whole SC to survive and develop.
First, the basic definitions, characters and tendencies of SCM are presented as well
as the purchasing and the provider management. As to the problems and the situation of
our country’s APPC, then the deferent purchasing and supply strategies are enacted
according to the importance degree indicated in the purchasing process, which can make
pany’s resources well configured and effectively used, so as to reach a state of
equilibrium and purchasing or manage the provider efficiently.
And then, on the basis of related theories of provider’s relationship management, the
company and farmer relationship mode is analyzed by game theory, meanwhile, the
factors should be considered and practicing steps that have strong influences on the
provider’s evaluation and choosing are presented, also, the decisional tool to choose the
cooperative provider’s relationship mode is build pound analysis.
