新疆高等农业院校少数民族大学生学习积极性研究--以新疆农

摘要
大学生学习积极性关系到高等教育教学质量的提高,进而影响到科技人才的培养和
社会经济发展。近年来,随着我国高校招生规模的扩大,普遍出现了在校大学生学习倦
怠,学生学习积极性不高的现象。新疆是一个少数民族聚居区,农业院校少数民族在校
大学生占以上,由于经济发展基础薄弱,教育资源配置不均衡,基础教育水平落后,
语言文字障碍,以及传统文化和生活习惯等,直接关系到少数民族大学生的学习积极性,
已影响到教学质量的提高,学生就业难,区域经济发展滞后等方面。本文以新疆农业大
学为研究对象,分别从在校少数民族大学生和教学与管理人员两个层面就少数民族大学
生学习积极性问题进行了比较全面的实证调查分析,研究主要包括以下三部分内容:
首先,在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,进行实际调查,调查问卷涉及到学生学、就业压力、学习环境等方面内容;其次,在分析问
卷的基础上,从学生自身、学习环境、教学管理、汉语基础、家庭环境、社会需求等方
面,比较全面深入地分析了影响少数民族大学生学习积极性的因素;最后,针对发现的
问题,提出了一些提高少数民族大学生学习积极性的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
The college students’ learning enthusiasm is related to the improvement of the higher education
teaching quality. Moreover, it also affects the training of scientific and technical talents and the
development of social economy. In recent years, with the expansion of enrollment scale in Chinese
universities, the phenomenon of studying weariness and inactive study is more and mon.
Xinjiang is a minority populated areas. Minority students have accounted for more than 50% in agricultural
universit ies. The weak economic infrastructure, the unbalanced distribution of education resources, the
low-level basic education, the hindrance of language as well as the different traditional culture and lifestyle
have influenced the college students’ learning enthusiasm. It has also affected the improvement of teaching
quality, the employment of college students and the development of social economy. Taking Xinjiang
Agricultural University for example, this paper prehensive analyses on the questions of learning
enthusiasm of minority college students from the two levels of minority college students and teaching
administrators. This research includes the following three sectors:
