计算机网络环境下高校英语专业写作教学的实证研究

摘要
英语写作课程是英语专业重要的基础课程之一,英语写作教学是英语教学中
重要的一环。然而,英语写作却是英语专业学生的薄弱环节。近年来,随着教学
环境的改善及教学手段的发展,计算机和网络在英语教学中的应用成为可能和必
然,特别是为英语写作提供了一个高效的平台。因此,利用计算机和网络环境改
善英语专业写作课教学已经成为趋势。本文即探讨了将计算机和网络应用于英语
写作教学的有效性,同时进行了实证研究。
首先,本文提出了课题研究的目的和意义,并介绍了计算机辅助语言教学在
国内外的发展状况。文章以输出理论和建构主义理论为理论框架,试图从理论上
探讨将计算机和网络应用于英语写作教学的有效性。输出理论主张以学生为中心
的语言学习模式;建构主义学习理论强调社会互动和人本主义的教育观。基于计
算机和网络环境的英语写作教学正能满足这一要求。此外,文章通过分析目前中
国英语写作教学的现状及存在的问题,探讨了应用计算机和网络环境促进写作教
学的现实意义。在理论阐述和现状分析的基础上,本文采用控制组和实验组对比
研究的方法,对实验前后两组学生的英语写作能力进行测试并使用 SPSS 软件包
对数据进行处理,进而对传统英语写作教学和基于计算机和网络环境的写作教学
进行对比性研究,试图从实践方面证明其有效性。最后,本文通过数据分析、访
谈和问卷调查等综合方式分析了学生对这一教学方法的态度并得出结论。
通过以上理论及实践研究,本文认为较之传统教学,基于计算机和网络环境
的英语写作教学更具优越性,它能够有效提高学生的写作能力,激发学生的写作
兴趣及增强学生的写作信心。

Abstract

Writing is an essential skill emphasized in college English instruction, and
English Writing is one of the important basic courses for English majors. However,
teaching writing has always been a difficult task in the work of college English
instruction. And the English majors are usually weak in writing. Although recent
studies at home and abroad are paying more attention to writing teaching in colleges,
which helps a lot in the reform of English writing instruction, there is less discussion
on new writing instruction methodologies (Wang Lifei, 2005). Fortunately, the
has emerged as a powerful new technology over the last few decades.
Web-based language teaching has rated into the second and foreign language
education, displaying its unlimited vitality. Based on relevant English writing
instruction theories and a survey of English learners’ writing ability, current situation
in learning to write as well as their learning needs, this thesis carries out an empirical
