双轴拉伸下 ETFE 薄膜材料力学性能研究#

摘要:目前,国内外对 ETFE 薄膜材料力学性能的研究多限于单轴拉伸,双向受力下材性研
究较少。实际工程中膜面处于平面受力状态,应通过膜材双轴拉伸试验获得与实际受力状态
相近的材料性能。对两种厚度 ETFE 薄膜进行了 5 种不同比例的双轴拉伸试验,得到了应力
-应变曲线。计算了 ETFE 薄膜的折算应力,检验了 Mises 屈服准则的适用性。得到了双轴
拉伸情况下的弹性模量及泊松比,并与单轴拉伸的数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,ETFE 薄
膜双向受力时符合 Mises 屈服准则,双轴弹性模量及泊松比与单轴数据接近。

Biaxial tensile mechanical properties of ETFE foils

Abstract: At present, the study of ETFE foils’ mechanical properties is mostly limited to uniaxial
tensile tests, while the researches on biaxial tensile properties are much fewer. In actual projects,
the membrane surface is in plane stress state, the mechanical properties of ETFE foils should be
obtained through biaxial tensile tests. Biaxial tensile tests using five kinds of different stress ratio
are carried out in this paper, two kinds of ETFE foils with different thickness are used in the tests,
and the stress-strain curves are obtained. The equivalent stress of ETFE foils at yielding point is
calculated, and the possibility of using Mises yield criterion is investigated. The elastic modulus
