摘要:用交流 TIG 氩弧焊对 7mm 厚 AZ31 镁合金板材进行了焊接试验;对焊接接头进行了
深冷处理试验,深冷处理温度为-160℃,保温时间分别为 4h,8h 和 12h;对深冷处理前后
的 AZ31 镁合金焊接接头进行了拉伸试验,测试了 AZ31 镁合金 TIG 焊接接头强度;用扫描
电镜 SEM 观测了拉伸试件断口形貌;测试了 AZ31 镁合金 TIG 焊接接头硬度分布。实验结
果表明,深冷处理提高镁合金焊接接头的力学性能。

Research on mechanical property of cryogenic treatment
joints of AZ31 magnesium alloy welded by TIG

Abstract: AZ31 magnesium alloy (7mm in thickness) is welded by TIG with alternating current.
The deep cryogenic treatment experiment of joint welded by TIG is carried out. The temperature
of cryogenic treatment is set at -160℃, and the holding times is set at 4h, 8h and 12h respectively.
The tensile tests of cryogenic treatment joints of AZ31 magnesium alloy welded by TIG are
carried out. The morphology of their fracture is analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
And the hardness of joints welded by TIG were tested. Experimental results show that deep
cryogenic treatment can improve mechanical properties of welded joints of magnesium alloy.
