一位初中数学教师专业成长的叙事研究

摘要
教育的发展离不开教师,教育质量的提高离不开教师专业水平的提升。教师专业成
长又是国际教师职业发展的重要趋势,是当代教师教育的中心主题之一。优秀教师作为
教师队伍的中坚力量,他们的成长与发展受到人们的日益关注。通过对个别优秀教师的
专业成长进行分析、研究,可以为更多的教师成长提供借鉴,促进其专业成长。本文通
过对一位优秀初中数学教师的专业成长进行叙事研究,从教师个体的成长历程中挖掘出
其成长的关键事件和教育理论,分析其专业成长的阶段和影响因素,并总结促进中学教
师专业成长的途径和启示。所选取的研究对象是辽宁省凤城市某初中一名优秀数学教
师,通过到该教师所在的学校进行现场观察、课堂听课、访谈、教学日志阅读等方法收
集资料,并进行详细整理与分析,探究其成长经历和教育生涯故事,进而解读该教师专
业成长的关键要素,以期为更过中学教师的专业成长提供借鉴。
本研究共分为三个部分。第一部分主要介绍了本论题提出的背景和原因,并把国内
外学者对教师专业成长的相关研究做了系统的梳理,找到本研究的出发点,并提出了本
研究的目的、意义、研究方法和实施过程, 然后在对教师专业成长等相关概念进行了阐
述。第二部分根据研究者收集的各类资料,从研究对象的从教经历、课堂教学、学习途
径、研究对象与学生的故事四个方面的故事来诠释研究对象的教师专业成长及其教育特
点。第三部分论述对研究对象教师专业成长的分析。首先从研究对象的学生观、教师观
和教学观三个方面分别加以阐述并分析其个人教育理论;其次对研究对象专业成长阶段
进行分析,一共分为四个阶段。然后对研究对象专业成长影响因素和成长途径进行分析,
最后阐述通过研究对象的故事对促进教师专业成长的启示。

Abstract
Education development cannot leave the teacher,the education quality enhancement
cannot leave the teacher specialized level the promotion. The professional growth of
theachers,a key trend in the development of teacher career internationally is one of the central
topics in the reform of current teachers’ education. Outstanding teachers considered as the
backbone of the teaching staff,whose growth anddevelopment receive people's day-by-day
attention. More teachers can be provided reference and facilitated for their
professionadevelopment by analyzing and studying the professional development of
outstanding teachers. This thesis is used to analyze and study the professional development of
an outstanding math middle-school teacher through a narration research,it seeks the key
incidences in the course of her professional development and fpocuses on her educational
theory, analyzes the stage and the factors influencing her professional development,
summarizes the approaches and the revelation that can improvetheir profession
