中文提要

本文主要围绕制造业上市公司股权再融资方式选择与上市公司绩效特征进行了
分析。文章较为全面地总结和归纳了上市公司股权再融资理论和最新的发展,使用规
范研究和实证研究相结合的方法,从再融资选择理论和再融资影响因素方面进行综合
研究。
制造业在我国国民经济和生产活动中占有非常重要的位置,对制造业相关情况的
研究,是促进促进我国制造业的可持续发展及产业结构调整所必不可少的内容,本文
研究内容基本说明了制造业上市公司股权再融资中的主要问题,对于我国制造业上市
公司的股权再融资行为与其绩效特征的相关关系作了一个比较全面的分析研究。
本文首先对制造业上市公司股权再融资与市场绩效的相关关系进行描述性统计
分析,分析了制造业上市公司股权再融资方式对公司业绩的影响。并以此为基础,分
析了影响我国制造业上市公司股权再融资绩效低下的原因。然后通过建立 logistic 回
归模型研究了绩效特征对制造业上市公司股权再融资方式选择的影响。

Abstract
This paper mainly focus on panies in the manufacturing sector financing options
and then select the performance characteristics of panies were analyzed.
Summarized and a prehensive paper summarizes the theory of equity refinancing
of panies and the latest development, the use of normative research and
empirical research bined, from the refinancing choice theory and a
comprehensive study of factors.
