河北省固定资产投资结构优化研究

摘要
近年来,河北省经济迅猛发展,固定资产投资额高速增长。在固定资产投资高涨的
情况下,投资结构是否合理成为人们越来越关注的问题。投资结构与需求结构、收入分
配结构、三个产业结构、产业内部结构、城乡结构、区域结构、国土开发空间结构和外
贸结构密切相关,系统的对河北省的固定资产投资结构进行分析具有重要意义。
本文采用理论分析与实证分析、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,以数据为依托,
对河北省的固定资产投资结构进行分析。首先利用指数模型对固定资产投资的总体变化
趋势进行分析,分析结果可知,河北省的固定资产投资量较高,近两年增速较快,与全
国各省份相比居于前列,但与沿海省份相比仍有差距。其次对河北省固定资产投资的结
构现状及变化趋势进行描述性分析,分析结果为:融资渠道较窄,外资投资比重低,主
要依靠自筹资金;关系到民生的科教文卫产业投资份额降低,高新技术产业的投资量低;
城乡固定资产投资差距大。再次本文利用 DEA 模型对河北省的投资效率进行分析,发现
第三产业和重点行业的绩效水平偏低,民营经济的综合效率降低。然后本文用主成分分
析方法对固定资产投资结构的影响因素进行研究,发现资源禀赋、人口素质、科技水平、
市场需求、效益水平、政策环境都是影响结构的重要因素。最后本文根据分析结果提出
相应的对策建议。

Abstract
In recent years, economy of Hebei Province develop rapidly,and the growth of fixed
assets investment is the case of high investment in fixed assets, people focus on
whether investment structure is reasonable. Investment structure is closely related to
demand structure, e distribution structure, the three industrial structure, the internal
structure of industry, urban and rural structure, regional structure, spatial structure of land
development and trade structure, so it is important to analyze investment structure of fixed
assets in Heibei Province.
Based on data,this paper uses methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,
qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyse investment structure of fixed
assets in Hebei Province. First, through analysis of thends of in fixed asset investment with
the linear model, we know that the amount of fixed asset investment is higher and grows
rapidly, pared with the national provinces ,it is in the top of the nature,but still has a
pared with the coastal provinces. Second, through the descriptive analysis of status
and trend of fixed asset investment in Hebei Province ,we know that financing channels are
narrow;proportion of foreign investment are low and it ma
