土地利用与交通的协调性研究

摘要
目前,世界上很多国家都普遍存在土地资源浪费、交通拥挤、环境污染、城市
综合效益下降等问题。城市的可持续发展也必然要求构成这个城市的各个子系统的
协调能力和每个子系统的自身发展能力。交通与土地利用一体化规划与管理是有效
的措施之一。对于快速发展的中国城市,交通与土地利用的协调具有重要的意义。
本文在国内外已经研究的基础上总结了土地利用与交通规划之间关系以及当
前我国土地利用和交通规划中存在的问题,提出了从以下三层次来达到城市土地利
用与交通规划一体化研究的目的:
城市土地利用与城市交通系统的整合政策、机制保障、评价体系;
规划流程、模型( 、集成下模型)的建立
实施阶段土地利用与交通规划一体化的实现
当然,这套理论中仍然还有很多有待改进和完善的地方。
目前我国的城市交通面临着一系列有待研究解决的新方向及新问题有待研
究的新领域也越来越广阔研究者们应该坚定协调城市交通系统与土地利用的两者
关系实现城市社会经济可持续发展的观点系统全面地开展城市交通系统与土地利
用互动关系的研究为我国土地利用-交通系统综合规划打下科学基础。土地利用
与交通规划一体化研究要从发展战略、规划理念和具体的规划管理措施等各个方面
均应该得到体现。
交通规划专业本身是一门交叉学科,需要掌握的知识很广,土地利用与交通规
划协调性研究涉及面就更广、更复杂了,要使两者真正意义上达到更优,还有很长
的路程要走。

At present, There are many problems such as land waste, traffic congestion,
environment pollution and city integrated benefits fall in many countries over the world.
city sustainable development calls for the coordination ability and self development
ability of each subsystem that makes up of the city. One of available measures is that
traffic and land use are be planned and run as an integration. And it is important for
fast-developing Chinese cities that traffic and land use plan should be coordinated.
On the basis of foreign and national research, this paper concluded the relation of
land use and traffic planning as well as the problems existed in land use and traffic
planning in China; advanced achieving integration of land use and traffic planning from
three arrangement, the details are as follows: (1) conformity policy, mechanism
guarantee and evaluate system of land use and traffic system of city; (2) foundation of
planning flow, and model such as GIS and ACO using matlab; (3)Implement of
integration of land use and traffic planning on the stage of execution. Indeed, there are
some improvements and perfection required in this theory.
