近几年,我国的房地产市场日趋成熟,各类房地产中介机构也大量涌现出来。房地产中介市场对推动房地产市场运转起到了一定的促进作用,但房地产中介市场存在着大量棘手的问题,导致房地产中介纠纷频频发生。本文以大兴市为例,发现大兴市房地产中介市场还存在着专业化水平低、诚信不足、进入门槛低、法规体系不健全、黑中介泛滥、信息不对称、违规经营等的问题。要解决上述问题,必须从加强培训,提高从业人员综合素质、建立健全有关法律法规、建立诚信制度、增加信息透明度、强化行业管理等方面采取相应的对策措施。

Abstract
In recent years, Chinese real estate market matures, a large number of various types of real estate agencies e to the fore. Real estate industry to promote the functioning of the real estate market has played a certain role, but the real estate market there are a lot of difficult problems, leading real estate disputes occur frequently. This article describes round the Jiaxing city. We find that there are many problems in the real estate market in Jiaxing city, such as the low level of professionalism, lacking of good faith, low barriers to enter, unsound legal system, the proliferation of black agency, asymmetric information and illegal operation. To solve the above problem, we can take corresponding measures, we must strengthen training, improve the overall quality of employees, establish and improve relevant laws and regulations, the establishment of credit system, increase information transparency and strengthen management in the industry and so on

一、引言
随着我国房地产市场日趋成熟,社会分工的进一步细化,以房地产咨询、房地产评估、房地产经纪为主营业务的房地产中介服务机构数量激增,房地产中介市场日益火爆。房地产中介服务作为润滑剂推动着房地产市场向高效、信息充分的市场迈进,并对房地产的技术革新、服务创新及消费者对房地产的深入认知起到很大的促进作用。
大兴市房地产市场起步于上世纪90年代中期,近年来随着房改房的解禁、旧城改造力度的加大以及新商品房价格的不断上涨,极大程度地推动了全市房地产中介市场的发展,全市房地产中介服务机构不断增加,从业人员也越来越多。但是,在市场繁荣的同时也还存在一些不规范的中介行为,导致房地产中介纠纷频频发生,这些问题让消
