随着经济全球化的到来,知识经济时代已经初见端倪,我国市场经济快速发展,人事管理体制发生变革,企业间的竞争越来越表现为人才资源的竞争。因此,在这个环境下,企业要生存,要保持可持续发展,关键是要通过管理找到知识创造、传播和应用的最佳途径。而知识的产生与应用归根到底离不开高效率和高素质的员工队伍。因而广大企业要取得员工的支持,就必须对知识型员工进行适当的激励政策。所以,知识型员工的激励是本世纪管理上的重大课题,并已经成为现代企业管理的核心问题之一。
本文从激励的基本概念出发,首先对各种激励理论及知识型员工的内涵及特征进行了较为详细的阐述,为寻求问题的根源及解决方法提供了一定的理论依据和思想基础。然后又从宁波市**企业的激励管理实施现状出发,详细分析了该企业知识型员工的激励现状及存在问题,并较有针对性地探讨了宁波市**企业知识型员工的激励措施及制度。

Abstract
With the advent of economic globalization, the era of knowledge-based economy began to take shape, the rapid development of China's market economy, personnel management system has undergone change, competition among enterprises is increasingly reflected in petitive human resources. Thus, in this environment, the enterprises to survive, to maintain sustainable development, the key is to find the knowledge creation through the management, dissemination and application of the best way. Generation and application of knowledge is inseparable from the final analysis, high efficiency and high quality workforce. Thus the majority of enterprises to obtain the support of staff, knowledge workers must be on appropriate incentive policies. Therefore, the knowledge workers of the incentive is the management of this century, a major issue, and has e the core of modern business management problems.
In this paper, the basic concept of incentive, the first and knowledge of various incentive-based theory of the meaning and characteristics of employees in a more detailed exposition of the search for root causes and solutions to provide a theoretical basis and ideological foundation. Then Ningbo ** status of implementation of the enterprise incentive management starting a detailed analysis of the enterprise knowledge worker status and problems of incentives, and more of the targeted enterprises in Ningbo City ** incentives for knowledge workers an system.
