高校大班教学课堂纪律主要影响因素研究——基于H大学的个案

摘要
在我国高等教育大众化期间各高校的基础设施建设迅速但仍出现教师和教
室等教育资源短缺的状况在这种情况下大班教学成为高等教育的一种主要教学
组织形式一方面高校大班教学组织形式的好处显而易见例如有效地扩大教授
面形成培养规模提高教学和教育资源的利用率等另一方面高校大班教学也
暴露出越来越多的问题
国内外学者们大多研究高校大班教学的教学效果教学质量等从课堂纪律的
角度深人研究高校大班教学的成果尚嫌不足如高校大班教学课堂纪律的具体问题
是什么如何规范高校大班教学课堂纪律等此类问题的研究很少因此本研究着
眼于高校大班教学课堂纪律问题以高校大班教学课堂情景为背景对高校教师和
学生的大班教学课堂纪律的认识教师和学生课堂行为尤其课堂违纪行为进行分
析根据调查资料得出高校大班教学课堂纪律的主要影响因素是班级规模过大
教师效能失效学业考核方式执行力不足等
综上所述本研究提出建立与高校大班教学相适应的师生双赢课堂纪律
来解决目前的问题教师方面确立以学生为本的教学观念认真备课从探讨规
则行为标准制定课堂规则监督和实施课堂规则三阶段确立课堂规则用同伴
评定小组评定的方式完善学业考核方式对学分要求和课程设置作详细说明召
开授课教师的记者招待会举行优秀毕业生或成功校友的经验介绍会或者座谈
会发挥助教的作用等学生方面提高学生的学习兴趣和自律能力增强教师与
学生的沟通和交流形成和谐的师生关系在高校大班教学中只有在落实师生责
任贯彻课堂规则的基础上才能形成和谐的师生关系和师生双赢课堂纪律
从而有力地保障师生双赢课堂的构建

Abstract
During the popularization of higher education, the basic establishment of colleges
and universities is built quickly. But the educational resources are shortage, especially
lacking of teachers and classrooms. In this case, the large-class teaching has e a
main anization in higher education. On the one hand, the advantages of
large-class teaching are obvious, such as expanding the teaching scale, forming the
cultivation scope, improving the utilization of teaching and educational resources
effectively. On the other hand, more and more problems are revealed in large-class
teaching of colleges and universities.
Many home and abroad scholars study the effect and quality of large-class teaching
in colleges and universities. But there is lack of depth research of large-class teaching in
colleges and universities from the perspective of classroom discipline. What are the
specific problems of classroom discipline in large-class teaching? How can we regulate
the classroom discipline of large-class teaching in colleges and universities? Researches
