高校辅导员是工作在高校学生工作第一线的学生管理者,是高校思想政治教育的先
锋队,是保证高等教育事业持续健康发展不可或缺的一支重要力量。因此,高度重视高
校辅导员队伍建设,充分调动高校辅导员工作热情和从业积极性,对提高人才培养质量,
促进高等教育健康发展具有重要意义。本文结合工作实际,在注重调研的基础上,以淮
南联合大学为例,分析了高校辅导员职业倦怠的表现、成因和对策。
全文包括四部分研究内容。一是阐述了高校辅导员工作职责与工作现状。重点分析
了高校辅导员应具备的条件、工作特点,淮南联合大学辅导员队伍现状。二是概括了高
校辅导员职业倦怠的涵义与表现。在界定高校辅导员职业倦怠涵义的基础上,概括了高
校辅导员职业倦怠的主要表现方式。并分别从学校、学生及辅导员自身三个角度指出了
辅导员职业倦怠的危害性。三是剖析了高校辅导员职业倦怠的原因。分别从六个方面分
析了高校辅导员职业倦怠的形成原因。四是提出了缓解高校辅导员职业倦怠的对策建
议。结合高校辅导员职业倦怠的表现与成因,分别从做好选聘工作,增强职业认同感,
提高辅导员综合素质,营造和谐工作环境等方面,提出了缓解辅导员职业倦怠的对策和
建议。

Abstract
College tutors are the students’ managers, who work in the forefront of student work in
universities and colleges. They are the ideological and political educator of higher education
to guarantee the vanguard, and the indispensable important force to maintain the sustainable
and healthy development of education. Therefore, the attention to the team construction of
university counselors, their full enthusiasm and initiative has important significance to
improve the quality of talent training and promote the healthy development of higher
education. Based on investigation in actual work, took Huainan Union University as an
example, the author analyses occupational tiredness of the university instructor, its causes and
countermeasures.
