大型水电建筑企业发展战略研究

摘要
自改革开放以来,我国大型水电建筑企业脱离了旧的经营模式,成为市场主
体,企业面临来自企业内部机制改革的矛盾,以及日益扩大的国内相关建筑企业
的竞争。2001 年我国加入 WTO,2006 年中国建筑市场取消各种限制,对世界敞
开,国内大型水电建筑企业面临着更大的潜在市场和与国际承包商同台竞技的机
会。可以说机遇与挑战并存。在此竞争环境下,如何保持大型水电建筑企业的地
位与市场份额,如何与国外大型建筑企业抗衡,如何积极主动地与国际接轨已经
成为国有大型建筑企业面临的一个严峻问题。本论文适时针对我国大型水电建筑
企业发展战略进行研究,对丰富大型水电建筑企业的战略理论和促进大型水电建
筑企业发展有积极作用。
本文以大型水电建筑企业为研究对象,对我国水电建筑行业的背景和环境分
析,运用战略管理思想制定了水电建筑企业的发展战略,并提出了战略实施的对
策。
首先,综述分析了企业战略管理的含义、发展历程以及水电建筑企业的相关
理论;其次,对我国宏观环境、建筑业总体环境和水电建筑行业分别进行了分析,
并对水电建筑行业的前景进行展望。接着重点分析了我国大型水电建筑企业的内
部环境及其竞争力,指出我国大型水电建筑企业的优势和劣势。在此基础上,通
过 SWOT 分析,提出了大型水电建筑企业的总体发展战略,并对水电建筑企业的
市场发展战略、资本运营战略、品牌战略、体制创新战略及科技创新战略进行了
详细的研究。最后,本文在对大型水电建筑企业发展战略研究的基础上,以水电
八局为案例,就本企业的发展战略目标及其相应的战略保障措施做了具体分析。

ABSSTRACT
Since Chinese market was opened, key hydropower construction enterprises have
e the main bodies, being divorced from the old management way. Enterprises
face the contradiction from interior system and petition from related
construction enterprises. After the entrance in to WTO in Nov 2001,China will cancel
all the restrictions in building market in 2006. Large-scale hydropower construction
enterprises are faced with greater market potential and opportunities for international
contractors on the same stage.
In a word, the situation is that the opportunity and the challenge coexists. In this
competitive environment, the large-scale hydropower construction enterprise, are
facing the problem of how to keep station of market share, how to confront the key
construction enterprises from oversea and how to joint with international standard.
This thesis involved the research on the developing strategy of large-scale
hydropower construction enterprises. It’ll put forward some strategic theories and has
a positive effect to those developing enterprises.
