新课程改革背景下的农村普通高中青年教师培养研究中文提要
中文提要
近些年来,随着我国经济快速发展、社会主义和谐社会的构建,农村高中阶
段教育得到了一定的发展,但随着新课程改革的进一步深入,高中教育的师资队
伍建设同时也面临着一些前所未有的挑战。当前农村普通高中青年教师队伍普遍
存在的不足,负担重,压力大,责任意识不强,普遍存在职业倦怠感,这将成为
制约学校发展的主要瓶颈。
本文通过分析农村普通高中青年教师师资队伍建设的实践意义和理论价值,
结合国内外研究现状,采用文献资料法,调查法,个案研究法研究青年教师成长
过程中存在的问题。通过调查和分析发现:青年教师身体素质、心理素质、队伍
专业素质等方面存在着问题,需要教育管理者进一步了解教师队伍结构,加强加
快师资队伍的建设,把师资队伍建设作为学校工作的第一要务,采取切实有效的
措施全面提升教师专业水平。
本文也论证了青年教师师资队伍建设对学校发展的必要性和重要性。提升学
校内涵发展,提升学校与同类学校的竞争力,依托的就是中青年教师队伍。在此
基础上,笔者提出了相应的管理策略和建议:增强时代意识,构建全新的育人观
念;进一步提高教师待遇,建立和完善竞争、激励机制;提高校本教研的有效性,
提升教师专业水平;给青年教师压担子,鼓励青年教师参与竞争;切实关心青年
教师生活;建立和完善科学的考核评价制度;创建和谐校园。
同时,建设优质青年教师师资队伍,建设教师专业发展型学校,是学校实现
可持续发展的根本保证。

Abstract
In recent years, as China's rapid economic development, building a harmonious
socialist society, rural high school education has been some development, but
construction of senior secondary education teachers are also faced with some
unprecedented challenges. The current teachers in rural high school youth widespread
lack of burden, stress, sense of responsibility is not strong, the prevalence of burnout,
which is a major bottleneck restricting the development of the school.
This paper analyzes high school teachers in rural areas to strengthen the
construction of practical and theoretical value, combined with research situation, the use
of literature, surveys, case studies of young teachers in the process of growing problems.
