中文摘要
随着中国社会的转型、改革开放的深入,青年企业家群体作为时代的产物登
上历史舞台。青年商会组织顺应时代的呼唤应运而生、蓬勃发展。而为新时期下
青年商会组织选取一条合理的发展路径,进而引导青年企业家提升素质、投身发
展、关注民生、锻造形象,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文尝试运用管理
学理论,从第三方部门积极参与公共治理的角度,通过对国内外青年商会组织进
行比较分析,以江苏盐城市青年商会为例,系统剖析当前青商会组织发展定位与
存在问题,并着重探讨了青年商会组织“谁来做、做什么、怎么做”的问题。
文章共分为四个章节:第一章是对基本概念进行界定和阐述。第二章是对国
内外青年商会组织的经验做法进行比较分析。第三章是通过实地调查的情况,以
江苏省盐城市为例,探究青年商会组织发展的现状、存在问题以及产生问题的原
因。第四章是梳理研究推进青年商会组织发展的合理路径。

Abstract
With the development of society transition and the deepening of reform and
opening-up in China, young entrepreneur board the stage of history as the product of
the new era. Hence, the Chamber merce emerges and flourishes as the time
requires. Choosing a suitable development path to conduct the young entrepreneurs to
improve quality, to create image and to dedicate themselves to development has great
theoretical and realistic significance. This thesis tires to analyze the orientation of the
development of Youth Chamber merce in the new time and to discuss the issues
of who will do, what to do and how to do by taking the Youth Chamber merce
in Yancheng city as an example. The author employs the management theories to
compares the different Youth Chambers merce at home and abroad from the
perspective of participating the public management from the third party.
The thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 is the definition and elaboration
of basic concepts; Chapter 2 makes an analysis and pare among the diverse
organization experiences of
