高等教育自学考试与职业教育的沟通衔接研究

摘要
在当今学习型社会,高等教育自学考试与职业教育进行沟通衔接,是教育事
业发展的客观需要,是构建终身教育体系的需要,同时也是教育与实际结合、与
职业接轨的需要。文中所提出的高等教育自学考试与职业教育的沟通衔接,主要
侧重于高等教育自学考试实践应用性较强的专业与职业教育的沟通衔接,围绕实
践应用能力培养这条主线,通过整合教育资源,渗透职业能力教育的内容,探索
高技能应用型人才培养的有效模式。
论文综合论述了高等教育自学考试与职业教育沟通衔接的研究背景和国内外
研究现状。国外有着与高等教育自学考试制度相近或类似的教育考试制度,并有
大量可借鉴的研究成果。目前,国内学者的相关研究,主要集中在高等教育自学
考试与职业教育相结合的重要意义和作用,可行性分析和存在的问题及对策,两
者结合的途径和方法,以及部分省市针对两者结合实践探索所取的经验等方面。
通过对高等教育自学考试与职业教育的异同进行分析,指出社会发展过程中
的波动和经济结构调整都会引起这两种教育制度的变革和调整。两者的沟通能使
自学考试教育培养的人才迅速适应社会经济发展的需要,减少教育资源的浪费,
从而论证了高等教育自学考试与职业教育沟通衔接的必要性与可行性。
基于对钻石模型的分析,以要素条件、需求状况、相关支持工具、两种教育
模式的战略结构与竞争状态为分析要素,对高等教育自学考试与职业教育沟通衔
接的要素进行分析,探讨了两者沟通衔接的实质,尝试构建高等教育自学考试与
职业教育沟通衔接的运行系统。
本论文重点探讨了两者沟通衔接的方法以及实施途径,从政府、社会、学校、
大众传媒等层面出发,对两者沟通衔接的策略、措施等进行了论述。创造良好学
习环境,整合社会资源,不断优化两者沟通衔接客观环境,以达到培养高素质技
能型人才的目的,满足社会发展的需求,促进区域经济发展和社会进步,推动社
会的整体发展。

Abstract
In today’s learning-oriented society, munication and cohesion between
self-study higher education examination and vocational education, is the objective needs
of the development of education, is the needs of building life-long education system,
Besides, is the needs of integrating reality and vocational paper proposes
munication and cohesion of self-study higher education examination and
vocational places extra emphasis on the strong professional disciplines
around the practical application Capacity-building, integrating educational resources
and permeating the content of vocational education ability to explore an effective model
for training high-skilled application-oriented talents.
