Executive Summary
As the market trend changing, there are a large number of anizations intend to change their structure and their strategy to match up the market trend, so the innovation is vital for each of anization. In the paper, the case we discussed in the Training2Work, which is anization, delivers short business courses and training across a wide variety of the industries. The e into the market, depends on the higher technology and modern online course at lower cost, so that train lost some important client and students. In order to maintain the market share as before, they want to make some changes to improve the major elements of anization.
In the first part of anization, we will discuss the background and general information of the anization, such as anization structure and how they work within anization. Furthermore, compare with petitor, we will list the major advantages and the disadvantages of the Tranining2work. In the second part, we will focus on the key issues of the innovation, apply the case into the theory, we will clear the directions of the innovation. In the last part of the paper, by analyze the key elements of the innovation in order to create the new innovation plan for anization.
