随着计算机科学的迅速发展和广泛普及,网络的触角正在快速触及社会生活的各个
方面,可以说网络不仅给人们提供了展示的舞台和机会,还促进了人们思维方式和交往
方式的改变,以计算机应用为基础的网络在信息化社会中扮演着越来越重要的角色。计
算机的应用需要掌握一定的计算机基础知识和技能,大学生这一具有一定知识水平的群
体,无论是在掌握计算机基础知识和技能方面,还是在上网时间方面都具有得天独厚的
优势,网络正以其自身的巨大影响力和号召力改变着当代大学生的思维方式和价值取
向,并潜移默化的改变着大学生的行为方式,这就对传统的教育模式提出了严峻的挑战,
可以说网络在拓宽大学生的视野,丰富大学生精神生活的同时,也带来很多值得人们深
思和研究的问题。
通过对国内外大学生网络失范行为的背景调查和对趋势分析,本文以国内诸多高校
的 BBS 论坛为研究对象,通过研究高校 BBS 论坛的设置和传播特征,以及大学生在高
校 BBS 论坛的种种失范行为和失范行为特点,剖析了大学生 BBS 论坛失范行为形成的
主观条件和客观条件,提出了正面教育,强化道德意识,培养习惯,形成自我约束和完
善机制,加强监督管理的一系列应对措施,为减少高校 BBS 论坛网络失范行为的产生
提供了有力保障。
