90 后大学生群体体育需求特征研究
摘要
本文以 90 后大学生体育需求特征为研究对象,运用文献资料法、调查法、数
理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法对大连市 6 所普通高校 90 后大学生的体育需求的发
展趋向进行调查,分析影响 90 后大学生体育需求的内外部因素,提出体育教育教
学发展的对策,以期为以后高校体育教学的进一步发展提供借鉴和参考。调查结
果表明:90 后大学生体育需求与现体育课程存在以下问题:(1)学习内容的选择面
不宽,内容贫乏,项目单调,体育项目缺乏吸引力;(2)教学方法存在单一性与简
单性,过于关注老师教,忽视学生学。教学方式仍然以讲解示范为主,教学方法
过于陈旧;(3)传统的高校体育思维观念与现实有冲突,应该全面提高学生基本素
质;(4)场地设施不够完善,而体育场地设施在高校体育教学中的作用越来越明
显。高校体育教学要应该积极解决这些问题,才能更好地推进高校体育教学改革
的进程。
根据以上的调查分析,休闲娱乐体育是大学体育教育的一个有机组成部分,
是现代大学生生活的一部分,我们体育工作者应该充分利用休闲娱乐体育培养学
生从事终身体育活动的能力和养成终身体育的行为习惯,而 90 后的大学生已不满
足于室内和传统的体育项目,更倾向于回归自然、具有创新并富有冒险精神的项
目。90 后大学生体育需求是多样化、多元化、多维化,在高校课程改革中,应该
重视“90 后的体育需求”,积极推进高校体育的改革和发展,为我国高校体育教学
工作做出积极的贡献。

Abstract
In this paper, after 90 demand characteristics of intercollegiate athletics as the research
object, the use of literature, investigation method, mathematical statistics and logic
analysis methods such as Dalian, six pairs of 90 college students after the sports needs
of the developing trend of the investigation and impact analysis 90 after the physical
needs of students and external factors that made the development of physical education
teaching strategies, with a view to the future further development of college physical
education to provide reference and reference. Survey showed that: 90 after the needs of
intercollegiate athletics and the current physical education curriculum of the following
questions: (1) learning the content of choices are not wide, the content-poor, the project
is monotonous, less attractive sports events; (2) there is unity and simple teaching
