农杆菌介导脂滴包被蛋白基因脚转化烟草的研究

摘要:为开发新的抗茵核病基因,针对抗病相关的脂滴包被蛋白基因蹦,设计了分别带有酶切位点
xba I和BaI埘I的1对引物,-,双酶切蹦并连接到植物表达
载体pBI
蹦基因转化到烟草中;获得了35株抗性转化株,PcR及测序分析鉴定阳性植株为21株,R1二PcR检测
到基因占0在其中能够表达;通过接种核盘茵和草酸处理试验,表明蹦基因可使烟草提高了草酸耐受
水平,从而对茵核病具备一定的抗性。本实验研究了潜在功能基因口,的抗病性,为植物抗菌核病的研
究奠定了基础。
