教育技术学专业国家精品课程建设现状及发展趋势研究

为推进教育创新,深化教育改革,促进现代信息技术在教育教学中的应用,
使优质教育教学资源得到有效共享,从而全面提高高等学校的教育教学质量。教
育部在 2003 年 4 月 8 日发布了关于启动高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程精品
课的通知。自启动至今已建设了 1539 门本科类国家精品课程,校级、省级则不
计其数,形成了校级、省级、国家级的三级精品课程体系。而教育技术学专业作
为依托现代信息技术,优化教育教学过程与资源,以提高教育教学的效果、效率
与效益的学科,理应在精品课程建设的浪潮中起到领军和示范作用,这也就为本
文的研究提供了契机。
本文从精品课程的研究背景与研究现状出发,依据教育技术学专业自身特色
与学科特点确定研究对象,以精品课程的相关概念和理论基础为理论依托,文章
主体部分采用内容分析法分析了教育技术学专业国家精品课程的建设现状,采用
对比分析法对同一门课程的国家精品课程进行了对比分析,以发现各自的优势与
特色,并以上述分析作为现实依据,得出启示,依托理论和建设现状探讨了教育
技术学专业国家精品课程的发展建设趋势,以期为教育技术学专业精品课程的未
来建设提供一个可资借鉴的思路,同时也为其他学科国家精品课程的建设提供参
考。

Abstract
In order to promote innovation in education, deepen the educational reform,
facilitate to apply modern informational technology, share the high-quality resources
of education and teaching effectively, thus improve the quality of education and
teaching entirely in colleges and universities. the Ministry of Education released the
NOTICE about starting the project of Excellent Courses on teaching quality and
reform in colleges and universities on April the eighth have already
constructed 1539 National Excellent Courses since it started, else which base on
school and province are countless, so forming three level system of Excellent Courses
of school, province and nation. And educational technology as a major based on
modern information technology, to optimize the educational and teaching process and
resources, and to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and benifits of education and
teaching, should be playing a leading and exemplary role on the construction wave of
Excellent Courses, above all provided an opportunity for this study.
