摘要
教师网络学习共同体近年来逐步兴起,它通常依托一定的网络载体,搭建教师合作
学习的“场”环境,使教师能够异地、跨时空相处、交流和学习,从而得到高质量的专
业发展机会。本研究结合知识管理领域的研究成果,将知识管理的相关理念迁移到教师
教育领域,构建基于知识管理理念的教师网络学习共同体。通过相关的理论阐述和分析,
揭示了目前教师网络学习共同体的特点和存在问题;在深入分析其构建目标和原则的基
础上,我们尝试进行了基于知识管理理念的教师网络学习共同体的模型构建,并详细阐
述了此共同体的相关构建策略。最后,通过搭建一个具体的教师网络学台,将所构建的模型进行具体的应用,期望能够给前述模型起到一个示例的作用。本
研究旨在用知识管理的理念来引领教师网络学习共同体的构建,希望以此来解决目前教
师网络学习共同体存在的问题,使教师个人知识和群体知识得到最大程度的挖掘和共
享,提高教师网络学习共同体的使用价值,使其更好的为教师专业发展所服务。

Abstract
Abstract
work munity gradually rised in recent years, it usually relies on
a work ,build "field" environment of teachers' collaborative learning and make
teachers can foreign place, cross space and time, to get along with, communicate and study,
consequently get high quality opportunities of professional development. This research
combines the production of the field of knowledge management, move the related idea of
knowledge management to the field of teacher education, construct a work learning
community which based on the idea of knowledge management . Through the elucidation and
analysis of related theories, we revealed the characteristics and problems of work
munity currently. On the basis of thorough analysing its target and principle, we
tried to construct the model of work munity which based on the idea
of knowledge management and elaborated the strategies of munity
the end, through construct work platform of work munity ,we
applied the modle and expected that we could give an example for the above model. This
research aimed at guiding the construction of work uunity by the idea
of knowledge management, hoped to resolve the problems of the work learning
community currently,and to tap and share the teacher's personal knowledge munity
knowledge, to promote the use value of the work munity, and to make
it serve the teacher's professional development.
