基于网络环境教师信息技术能力培训模式研究

摘要
随着计算机技术和网络技术的兴起,人们开始利用网络进行学台(课程管理系统)开展教师远程学习和培训的研究也逐渐走入人
们的视野。经过文献研究发现,国内外相关研究相对较少,尤其是利用 Moodle
平台开发和设计教师信息技术能力培训方面的研究,尚处于引入阶段。因此,利
用 Moodle 平台开展教师信息技术能力培训研究,已成为一个重要的研究课题。
本文首先对国内外利用网络环境,开展教师信息技术能力培训方面的研究进
行了系统梳理,然后提出了“基于网络环境下教师信息技术能力培训”的研究课
题。通过对网络环境、信息技术能力等相关概念进行了界定,并在建构主义、成
人学习理论、协作学习 CSCL、混合学习等理论基础的支撑下,大胆建构出“集
中培训+Moodle 平台下的协作学习”的网络环境培训模式,并以此模式指导开
展教师信息技术能力的培训活动,提出一些行之有效的培训策略,通过实践培训
活动,验证和评估此项研究的实施效果。
为了验证培训模式和培训策略的实施效果,我们选定甘肃省兰州市城关区 3
所学校和张掖市临泽县 5 所学校的骨干教师作为为研究对象,开展了三次集中的
信息技术能力培训,集中培训结束后,我们借助西北师范大学教育信息化研究所
开发的“教师专业能力发展支持平台”(.cn,主要包括主站、
网络课程平台、教师博客平台、网站论坛平台等),进一步开展了长期的网上培
训、指导和答疑等活动。通过问卷、访谈及教师网上学习数据的分析、验证了培
训效果。
经过以上实践活动的实施,结果表明:该培训模式在理论上具有创新性,在
实践上具有可操作性和有效性,尤其得到了参加培训的信息技术教师的高度认
可,能有效地大幅度提高教师信息技术的能力,达到了预期的培训效果。

Abstract
With the emergence puter work technologies, people begin their study and
training through these new media. Application of Moodle platform (course management
system) to carry out teacher training, distance learning and research is at the same time
coming into vision. Literature review found relatively few studies at home and abroad
concerning the field, especially on the use of Moodle platform for the development and design
of teacher training in information technology, which is still in the introductory stage.
Therefore, the research on Moodle platform to carry out teacher training of information
technology has e an important research topic.
The current paper, by sorting out studies related to teacher’s IT training at home and
abroad, put forward the research project of "network-based information technology training
