[内容摘要]当前,经济全球化正在成为世界经济发展的主题,在全球经济一体化的趋势下,我国企业的跨国经营顺从趋势,不断发展。从改革开放的初期至今,我国海外企业从无到有,迅速发展并且形成了一定的规模。21世纪初始,随着我国“引进来,走出去”战略的实施,我国的跨国经营进入了空前发展的新时期。我国进行跨国经营的企业数量逐年增长,规模不断扩大。对外直接投资总额不断提升,而且投资分布的地区日趋广泛,投资的主体也呈现多元化趋势。虽然我国对外投资的起步晚,但是发展迅速,规模日益壮大。对我国经济的发展起到了重要作用。
