文档介绍：摘要市场经济中,竞争力决定企业成败。不同行业有各自特征,企业竞争力的考察方面也有所不同。本文研究食品行业竞争力评价问题,探讨评价方法和指标体系并借此对食品行业上市公司竞争力进行测评,具有理论和实际应用上的重要价值。本文以我国食品行业上市企业为研究对象,首先从国内食品行业的地位和竞争力环境分析食品行业企业竞争力评价的背景,并且梳理了国内外有关理论和文献研究情况,然后分析了食品企业的特点和现状。在此基础上依据食品企业竞争力构成要素建立了食品行业企业竞争力评价的指标体系,并采用因子分析法构建了综合评价模型。最后,以我国沪市A股食品企业28家上市公司为样本,对其进行竞争力评价的实证研究,并对评价结果进行了分析、总结,提出相应的对策。关键词:食品企业;竞争力;评价指标体系;因子分析法 Study on Evaluation of Listed petitiveness in Food Industry Abstract In market-oriented economy, the competitiveness decides enterprise's ess or failure. Different industries have their own characteristics; the investigation for enterprise competitiveness is also different. This paper studies on the problem of food industry competitiveness evaluation, discuss the evaluation method and the index system,and take this to evaluate the petitiveness in food industry. This study is with the important value both theoretical and practical application. The author takes our country food panies as the research object. This study on food enterprises competitiveness was took the domestic food industry status to competitive environment analysis as the background. Summarizes the domestic and international relevant theoriesand research situation, and then analyzed the characteristics and present situation of food enterprises. Based on competitiveness of food enterprises analysis elements of enterprises competitiveness and establish a food enterprises competitivenessevaluation index stem. The author established the comprehensive evaluation model by using the factor analysis method. Finally, to our country Shanghai A shares food enterprises 28 listed companies as the sample, carries on the analysis on competitiveness evaluation.
