供应链管理要从理论走向实际，就要很好地解决它的可操作性问题。
供应链管理理论要求供应链企业建立长久的战略合作伙伴关系，需要分析
实施过程中存在的委托代理问题，研究供应链管理过程的绩效评价的问题
及其指标的选择。
本文从供应链管理和企业绩效的基本概念角度出发，研究供应链管理
的基本特征和国内外发展状况，就供应链绩效评价提出供应链的组织模
型，分析供应链系统的绩效评价的目的、作用、方法、特征及影响其绩效
的因素。在此基础上，提出了平衡供应链记分法这一供应链绩效评价体系，
同时建立了基于供应链的绩效评价指标体系，进行了供应链绩效评价指标
选择分析研究，本论文对这一方法做了重点阐述。同时，还分析了某企业
应用平衡记分法进行绩效评价的案例，对于供应链中节点企业的绩效评价
应有一些很好的借鉴作用。
本文所提出的供应链绩效评价体系及其相应的评价指标体系，是基于
对供应链的发展状况、研究情况及实际应用中存在问题的综合了解的情况
下提出的，对于供应链的绩效评价有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

Abstract
The tendency from theory to practice, supply chain management needs to solve
the problem about the practice under complex environment. As to supply chain
strategy, the companies should establish the long-term collaborative relationships,
thus it is necessary to analyze the principal-agent problem between companies and to
choose the right measures and performance evaluation during supply chain
management.
This dissertation studies the basic characteristics and development stage from the
concept of supply chain and company performance. And then writer brings about the
organization model of supply chain management and demonstrates the purpose,
impact, methods, characters and influence factors of supply chain performance
measurement. Based on these, writer brings about BSC-SC (balanced scorecard of
supply chain) - a new supply chain performance measurement system and establishes
the indicators system according
