(clinical features)
发病年龄:5-15岁,6-9岁高峰
发病前2-3周链球菌感染史
发热, 游走性大关节炎
皮肤环形红斑, 皮下结节
心脏炎: 心慌,心动过速,杂音, P-R间期延长
血液检查:抗0抗体(ASO),血沉加快
秋冬春多发,反复发作
!!舔关节,咬心脏!!
(etiology & pathogenesis)
1) 发病前链球菌性咽喉炎
2)流行地区、季节一致
3)抗菌素防治有效
4)抗链球菌抗体, 抗O(ASO>1:500)
A组乙型溶血性链球菌感染有关
病因(etiology)
1)感染后2-3W发病
2)病变不在链球菌感染原发部位
3)病灶及血培养均无链球菌
4)无化脓性病变
不是溶血性链球菌直接感染引起
