文档介绍：MBA学位论文作者:工平昆山A公司薪酬体系优化设计研究中文摘要在现代企业管理中,人力资源开发与管理的主要任务是:吸引人才、用好人才、培养人才、留住人才以激励员工努力实现组织目标,从而不断提升企业竞争力和经济效益。实践证明,科学有效的薪酬体系是实现上述任务的关键,同时, 薪酬设计也是人力资源开发与管理的重要环节,在人力资源管理活动中发挥着重要作用。本文以现代薪酬理论为基础,以A公司为实例,对其原有薪酬体系进行诊断分析并提出问题所在,认为原有薪酬方案己不能满足现阶段公司人力资源发展的要求,薪酬体系有待改革。针对企业现存薪酬体系的问题,以公平性、激励性、竞争性、合法性等为原则,依据A公司的发展战略和薪酬战略,确立以岗位价值为基础、结合绩效的薪酬模式,按照工作分析、职位评估、市场调查等步骤进行设计,最终形成:经营者序列、管理序列、工程技术序列、一线操作序列、营销序列五类不同职位的薪酬方案。本篇论文是理论研究应用到实践操作的一次尝试,该方案将用于解决A公司目前薪酬体系存在的问题,同时也希望能为类似A公司的企业提供具有借鉴意义的薪酬方案。关键词:薪酬体系职位评估薪酬设计 ABSTRACT In modem enterprise managements,the major task of human resource development and management which isattracting,maintaining,training and taking use ofthe qualified human resources tomotivate staffsand anization performance anization could petitive advantage and economic proves that pensation system design isthe important part of establishing a pensation management regulation.
