文档介绍：大连理。[大学硕士学位论文摘要制造业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,自改革开放以来取得了长足发展。在保持制造业经济总量持续增长的同时,如何稳定提高制造业的投入产出效率,增强经济增长的可持续性,已成为我国亟需解决的重要战略问题。随着知识经济的到来,人力资本作为一种投入要素,在生产中的作用日渐显著,逐渐成为影响投入产出效率的重要因素。因此,对基于人力资本的制造业投入产出效率问题进干亍深入研究,具有巨大的理论价值和现实意义。论文将定性分析与定量分析相结合,并综合应用比较、归纳等研究方法。同时,数据包络分析法、主成分分析法也在论文中找到了新的应用之处。在研究内容上,论文主要从以下五个方面展开:第一章绪论;第二章入力资本对投入产出效率的作用机理;第三章基于人力资本的制造业投入产出效率评价模型;第四章制造业投入产出效率的实证研究;第五章结论。论文经过系统地分析与研究,主要得出以下结论: (1)通过指数化的方法,构建我国制造业投入产出效率测算模型。创新性地用人力资本(即劳动力质量)代替职工人数(即劳动力数量)作为劳动力投入的指标。(2)定量评估制造业整体及所属28个行业的人力资本价值。将制造业的人力资本价值分为个人人力资本静态价值和入力资本增值价值,选用适当指标,用主成分分析法定量评估出制造业人力资本价值。(3)。(4)人力资本对制造业投入产出效率具有促进作用。人力资本既是技术进步的发动者,又是新技术的载体与传媒,它会导致生产过程中物质资本与劳动力的效率全面改善。同时人力资本自身的收益递增性也会提高制造业整体的投入产出效率。关键词:效率评价;人力资本;制造业基丁:人力资本的制造业投入产出效率评价研究 Research onInput-output E雎ciency EValuation ofManufacturiⅡg Industry Based on Human Capital Abstract As themain industry of our economy,manufacturing industry hasmade掣eat deVelopment sincetherefom andopenin哥up same timeofmaintaining theoveralleconomy gmwing,how toimpmve economic efficiency steadily,and how toenhance thesuslainabmty ofeconomic孕owth have e imponant strate舀c issuesneed tobesolvedintemationally.
