10 分制满意度调查表的设计与临床应用

摘要:病人满意度是最有说服力的护理质量评价指标,采用 10 分制满意度调查表,简单明确易被病人接受;调查结果真实可靠,客观反映病人
的切身感受和护理工作的实际状态;满意度的量化对护理工作有了直观的评价,便于量化考评;表格规范,统计简便,提高工作效率。

Abstract :Satisfaction degree of patients is the most convince evaluation parameters of nursing quality. The advantage of investigation table of satisfaction
degree with 10 points system include as follow : It is simple ,explicit and may easily be accepted by patients. Its investigation results are authentic ,reliable
and may truly reflect the exact feel of patients and real states of nursing words. Its table is standard ,convenient for statistics and may enhance wording
efficiency. Quantification of satisfaction degree may give a direct evaluation for nursing words.
