Sightseeing is usually an important part for a trip, no matter that trip is for business pletely for pleasure. Tourists are the main part of all the guests in hotels. But the hotels do not provide modations only. For the hotels, to provide sightseeing services is also an important part of daily business.
Introduction
Sightseeing services mainly include two parts: the sightseeing enquiry and itinerary planning. To provide sightseeing information, the hotels often offer some brochures about the places of interest. The guests could get them freely and have a general view about the tourism resources.
Some hotels may have cooperations with travel agencies, such as CITS and CYTS, and could arrange different kinds of package tours for their guests. And they may also provide their guests the private national guide at their request. This kind of service will surely satisfy the guests and win more reputation for a hotel.
