Changes of platelet index in patients with hypertensive nephropathy

Abstract Objective Methods
: To observe the changes of platelet index in patients with hypertensive nephropathy. The clinical da-
ta of 25 patients with simple hypertension( group A) and 173 patients with hypertensive nephropathy( group B) admitted to General
Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Peripheral venous blood of
0. 5 milliliters was collected from all patients and placed in an anticoagulant tube containing dipotassium ethylenediamine tetraacetate.
Platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW)were measured by whole blood cell analyzer.
Results
In the case of gender and age matching,PLT,MPV and PDW in group B were lower than those in group A,with statistical
