摘要:本文对非开挖修复管道技术进行了归纳分类和介绍;介绍了发达国家应用管道修复技术的情况,对于国内管网的基本情况进行了分析,在此基础上结合城市的管网改造规划,阐述了非开挖管道修复技术在管网改造中的作用、意义;文章建议加强非开挖管道修复技术开发研究,规范管道修复市场、促进城市管网改造可持续发展.

Trenchless Renovation of Pipelines and
Reconstruction of City pipeline
Abstract: The paper classifies and introduces the trenchless renovation technology of pipelines; analyses and answers a series of problems such as lining design、application life、flow capacity、pressure and repairing that are concerned by work reconstruction units; and introduces how to use pipeline renovation technology in developed countries, analyses civil works, bining with the program of work reconstrction specifies function and significance of trenchless pipeline renovation technology used in work reconstruction; the paper suggests to strengthen the developing and studying of pipeline renovation technology, standardize the market of pipeline renovation, promote extendeddevelopment of city works reconstruction.

对现有的城市管网进行改造,是城市发展过程中不可回避的问题;在城市地下管网设施的更新过程中如果全面采用开挖更换的手段,其庞大的财政开支暂且不说,由此引起的环境问题、交通问题、社会负面影响及对居民生活的影响都将是巨大的、造成的损失是难以估量的。
采取非开挖手段解决现代管网改造中的开挖问题,减少管网改造带来的负面影响是城市建设以及现代社会生活的强烈要求;正是在这样的背景下非开挖安装内衬管道修复技术应运而生;非开挖修复管道技术是指通过给现存管道内部安装内衬的方式使管道获得再生,可以重新获得30~50年以上的是用寿命。非开挖内衬修复技术的主要应用领域:城市公用管道系统,包括:燃气管道、给排水管道、化工管道、电信管道、热力
