6L240 曲轴两种材料方案的静强度计算及疲劳评估

[ 摘要] 综合应用 ANSYS 软件、FESAFE 软件对 6L240 柴油机关键运动件—曲轴的两种材料方案
(42CrMoA、S44SY)进行了静强度计算和疲劳分析。首先,选取一个完整工作循环的 40 种工况,
对曲轴进行静强度计算,得到各个工况下的计算结果,并根据此结果进行疲劳分析。分析结果表明
两种材料方案均能满足设计要求,为曲轴选用经济实用的材料提供了依据。

[ Abstract ] By using software ANSYS and software FESAFE, static strength calculation and fatigue
evaluation are applied to the crank shaft, an key movement parts of 6L240 diesel, when its
material is 42CrMoA or S44SY. First of all,the static strength calculation on forty working
performances of a full cycle is presented and the result series of all working performances are
obtained. Based on this condition, the fatigue life of the crank shaft is analysed pared
between two material types. The results of this analysis indicate that two material types are fit to
the requirement of crank shaft design, which provide supports for choosing economy material.
