Abstract
With the gradual rise of "Internet + crowdfunding", the construction of online
public service crowdfunding platforms has provided new and diverse fundraising
channels for families with financial difficulties, which has facilitated public
donation behavior, but the construction of new platforms has also brought about a
series of negative effects. One of the more typical examples is the frequent
occurrence of "donation fraud" problems in the operation of online public service
crowdfunding platforms, which exposes the defects and deficiencies in the
development of such platforms, damages the legitimate rights and interests of donors,
and restricts the long-term development of the platform itself. It has become a
problem that needs to be solved urgently.
